Purchase declaration
When you buy a vehicle for the purpose of reselling it and your activity includes “purchase and sale of vehicle”, you do not make a registration card in your name but a declaration of purchase, which you are obliged to register in the SIV (Vehicle Registration System). It is therefore this mandatory registration that we propose to do for you.
To do so, you send us :
- the assignment (CERFA 15776*02)
- the registration card
- kbis extract (only for the first time – to be renewed if it exceeds 6 months)
- Declaration of purchase if you purchased from an automotive professional
- the CNI of the manager (National Identity Card) valid
Upon receipt of these documents, we send you a receipt of declaration of purchase (it will be necessary to provide a copy of this receipt to the future buyer, accompanied by the transfer, the registration card stamped and crossed out, and the technical control of -6 months).
Transfer declaration
Likewise, when you sell the vehicle, you must record this assignment in the SIV for :
- cover you if your buyer does not change his registration card and commits infringements
- allow your buyer to register if the latter wishes to proceed with the ANTS.
To do so, you send us :
- the assignment (CERFA 15776*02)
- the Declaration of purchase in your name
- the registration card (it is not obligatory but often the handwritten assignments are badly written and therefore we cannot find the file)
- kbis extract (only for the first time – to be renewed if it exceeds 6 months)
- the CNI of the manager (National Identity Card) valid
Upon receipt of these documents, we will send you an Assignment Declaration Receipt.
The 1st request for W garage or renewal
The W garage certificate allows a vehicle to be circulated on a provisional basis, before its final registration. It is only issued to repairers, sellers, transporters, bodybuilders, importers and manufacturers for the use of certain types of vehicles.
