For identity: a valid national ID card or passport (and the co-owner’s ID when relevant). For address: an energy bill, rent receipt, tax notice or other proof less than 6 months old in your name. If you are hosted by someone else, a hosting attestation plus the host’s proof of address and ID are usually required.

Yes, for most registration procedures a valid driving licence for the vehicle category and proof of insurance are required. Without insurance you must not drive, even with a CPI. Prepare clear scans of both documents from the start.

Enter the vehicle details (make, VIN, registration number), the full identity of seller and buyer, the date and time of transfer, then have every party sign (including co-owners). Do not leave critical fields blank. Keep one copy; the buyer will need theirs for the change of ownership.
