Individual approval report (PVRTI)

In some cases, a vehicle was not built for the European market and therefore cannot obtain a certificate of conformity. It may still be approved through an individual approval report (Procès-verbal de Réception à Titre Isolé): the file is submitted to your nearest DREAL (regional environment and transport authority), which will invite you to an inspection of the vehicle.

If everything is compliant after the inspection, the DREAL issues an attestation that allows you to register your vehicle.

If anything is non-compliant, they will give you a list of modifications and/or tests to carry out through the UTAC approval body.
