Declaration of Vehicle Purchase (PRO)

When you buy a vehicle for the purpose of reselling it and your activity includes “purchase and sale of vehicle”, you do not make a registration card in your name but a declaration of purchase, which you are obliged to register in the SIV (Vehicle Registration System). It is therefore this mandatory registration that we propose to do for you.

List of documents

  • transfer (CERFA 15776*02)
  • the registration card
  • kbis extract (only for the first time – to be renewed if it exceeds 6 months)
  • Declaration of purchase if you purchased from an automotive professional
  • the CNI of the manager (National Identity Card) valid

Upon receipt of these documents, we send you a receipt of declaration of purchase (it will be necessary to provide a copy of this receipt to the future buyer, accompanied by the transfer, the registration card stamped and crossed out, and the technical control of -6 months).
